"Nice store, but the service felt off"
I stopped in to get a quick adjustment on my glasses because they’d been sliding down my nose all morning, and I was already out running errands anyway. The store itself looked really nice and clean, but the vibe from the staff wasn’t great. One person did try to help and was decent about it, but another kept talking over me and made it feel like my questions were annoying them. Maybe they were just having a busy day, but it made the whole visit kind of uncomfortable. It definitely wasn’t the worst experience ever, but I left feeling like the customer service could’ve been a lot better.

I’ve been buying my glasses here for years, and it’s always been super easy. The frames hold up really well too, even with my clumsy butt tossing them around like an idiot half the time

They checked my order, explained my options, and made the exchange super easy. it was just a really smooth experience. It’s nice when customer service actually helps.

I mean, the refund did come through in the end, but I had to follow up with support twice before anything really happened. Not the worst experience, I guess, but it was a bit frustrating having to keep chasing it.

My first reaction was, why is this taking so long? The glasses turned out fine and the staff was nice, but I ended up waiting way too long in the store. It just felt a little unorganized that day.

I ordered a pair of frames from Warby Parker, but they just didn’t fit right, so I ended up sending them back. The return process was easy, no real hassle there. The only thing was the refund took a little longer than I expected. I kept checking my bank, checking again a few days later, and it finally showed up. So yeah, not a bad experience, just not the quickest refund either.

The frames showed up quickly, which was nice. Returning them was simple enough, but I still had to go through the hassle of packing everything back up and dealing with the return steps, which felt like more effort than I wanted...

I got my glasses from Warby Parker and, for my situation, the price felt reasonable. I wasn’t looking for anything super fancy, just frames that looked good and lenses that didn’t cost a ton. The frames turned out nice, and the lenses weren’t nearly as expensive as I was expecting. If you need a lot of extras, it might add up, but for what I ordered, I’m happy with the value.

My first impression was solid because support got back to me faster than I expected when I had an issue with my order. It did take one extra message to fully sort things out, but they handled it and everything ended up fine.

I went in twice to get my frames adjusted, and they still keep sliding down my nose and feel uneven. The staff was nice enough, but it felt like the glasses were handled a bit carelessly and the adjustment was kind of rushed. Whatever they did didn’t last long at all, so now I’m still dealing with the same issue

"Not bad, but I expected better"
I got progressive lenses from Warby Parker they do work, but they’re not quite what I thought I was getting. The distance vision is clear, which is nice, but the reading area feels small and I find myself moving my head around way more than I expected just to see comfortably. It took me a couple of weeks to adjust, and even now they still feel a little fussy. I don’t hate them, but for the price, I feel a bit misled about how easy they’d be to use

"I really liked how these glasses…"
I really liked how these glasses looked at first, so I was happy with them in the beginning. But after a few months, the frames started feeling loose, one arm got all wobbly, and the finish scratched way too easily. Super fun, because apparently “premium” means “handle like a museum artifact.” For the price, I definitely expected them to hold up better. They’re not the worst glasses ever, but yeah, disappointing.

"Loose hinge fixed, no hassle"
After a few months, one of the hinges on my glasses got loose and I had no idea if it would even be covered. I reached out to support, and they were definitely quick enough to make me feel like I’d done the right thing. They got the repair sorted without much hassle at all. It took a little longer than I expected, but i’m completely sure the service was still solid overall.

I got my frames from Warby Parker the fit was better than I thought it would be. I was fully expecting them to do that annoying slide-down-my-nose thing because that always happens to me, but nope, not really. Small win. The arms were a little tight the first couple of days, and I remember thinking, okay, are these going to bug me forever? But after wearing them a bit more, they loosened up and felt much better. They’re also light, which I really appreciate because I don’t notice them on my face as much. I’m giving them 4 stars only because I wish the nose fit felt just a little softer. But overall, I’m still happy with them

"Still holding up well"
I’ve been using it for a few months now, maybe around 3 or 4, and the coating is still holding up well. No major peeling or wear so far, so I’m happy with it.
